- 01You join, and a fresh prompt arrives in your dashboard every morning for the next 30 days.
- 02Write the opening line. Or paragraph. Or page. Whatever the prompt pulls.
- 03Post it in the First Lines forum if you want a read; or keep it to yourself in the Writing Room.
- 04No streak shame. Skip a day, skip ten. Come back when the prompt looks interesting.
- 05Day-one is the day you start. If three folk join on Tuesday, three different folk on Friday, the program runs in parallel for each.
What you get for finishing
Anyone who posts at least 12 first-lines in their 30 days earns the Prompt Keeper badge. Anyone who posts 25 earns it with a small extra mark. Anyone who lurks and reads gets, correctly, nothing — which is fine.
The point is the cold start. One prompt, one opening, one day.
